	2008-12-19 "CRIN DE LEON" SUPPORT PROJECT The area of corporate social responsibility of Generalia Group, in collaboration with the NGO Africa Directo, has successfully concluded the Project "Crin de Leon". They have executed the tasks of canalization and water supply for the Public Hospital in Balombo (Angola). Water is a basic good for any population and, in this case, an indispensable instrument to guarantee the health of the inhabitants of the village. The project consists in a group of 16 solar panels that feed a water pump, located 80 meters deep inside the land, which pumps water to a tank of 8.000 liters. From there, water is distributed to any sources, toilets, sinks, lavatories... that have been strategically placed all along the hospital area. This way, Generalia helps a group of patients, among which predominates needy and undernourished people. Generalia Group will keep this philosophy in the future, supporting projects in areas without resources, with economy aids as well as helping in project design, management and coordination.			2008-10-19 PUBLICATION OF NEW ROYAL DECREE RD 1578/2008 RD 1578/2008 includes new rates for the sale of electricity produced in photovoltaic installations. It also includes the yearly revision mechanism, which will be CPI minus 0.25% until the year 2012 and CPI minus 0.50% from that year onwards.
	2008-10-19 ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION (QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) AND ISO 14001 CERTIFICATION (ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) BY THE TÜV ORGANISATION FOR THE ENTIRE GENERALIA GROUP. The technology-based company assigned to the "Leganés Tecnológico" Science Park has completed the formal process to obtain ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, audited by the TÜV company. In this way the Generalia Group endorses the business projection consolidating the management base and its entry options in the formal framework of the market.			2008-10-19 OFFICIAL RECOGNITION FOR GENERALIA DEVELOPMENTS. The Generalia Group has received recognition from the Community of Madrid after joining the consolidation programme of technology-based companies among those called 'intellectual capital modules'; activity carried out by the Research Institute at the IADE (Business Administration Institute) of the UAM (Autonomous University of Madrid) has allowed the intangible assets of the organisation to be identified and measured and thus the business potential accumulated to be analysed.
	2008-10-19 LAUNCHING OF SPINTRACKER, THE NEW 2-AXIS TRACKER BY GENERALIA DEVELOPMENTS. The R&D development plan of the Generalia Group continues improving the current supply of solar trackers. The Spintracker provides a two-axis technological solution to obtain greater benefits in the sites.			2008-10-19 COMMON PROJECT FOR ELECTRIFICATION OF THE BALOMBO HOSPITAL, SUBSIDISED BY GENERALIA. In line with Generalia Group's ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, the 'Crin de León' common project is being developed. Its objective is the support to underprivileged groups in Angola, in the company's areas of specialisation. This project, which will be carried out by volunteers from Generalia that have travelled to Angola, aims to ensure the supply of running water and electricity, in collaboration with the NGO 'Africa Directo', to the Hospital of Balombo. This common project is subsidised by Generalia and relies on the generous contributions of Generalia's clients who voluntarily contribute to this cause by donating a portion of the profits from the electricity they generate.
	2008-10-19 GENERALIA COLLABORATES WITH THE INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN TRADE OF CASTILE-LA MANCHA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR EXPORT PLAN. Generalia has reached an agreement with the Institute of Foreign Trade of Castile-La Mancha, collaborating in the development of an export plan. This export plan is focused on engineering services and turnkey projects in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. It also attempts to take advantage of the synergies of Generalia Developments as a supplier of SOLAR TRACKERS for export.			2008-10-19 MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE GENERALIA GROUP CHOSEN TO BE THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ASIF (PHOTOVOLTAIC INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION) IN CASTILE-LA MANCHA. Luis Recuero, Managing Director of the Generalia Group, has been chosen as the representative of the ASIF (Photovoltaic Industry Association) in Castile-La Mancha. This association relies on a large group of stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, which means that the Group is positioned at the centre of an important sectoral forum.

	2008-02-18 RENOVALIA CHANGES ITS CORPORATE NAME Effective 18-02-2008, Renovalia has changed its corporate name to Sunalia, forming part of the Generalia Group.			2007-09-29 OFFICIAL INAUGURATION OF THE VALDECARÁBANOS SOLAR FARM Last June was the inauguration of the solar farm with the proprietors in attendance, who could verify the operation of the solar plant and the control room where the production and the operation of all the equipment of the plant is monitored in real time.
