Quality: ISO 9001The ISO 9001 quality management system is a documented system that describes the organisational model and quality management of the companies in the Generalia Group. This management model is based on the fulfilment of the principles and the requirements established in ISO 9001:2000. The first Principle of ISO 9001:2000 is: Organisation focused on the customer; the organisations depend on their clients and consequently must understand their present and future needs, satisfy their requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations. Our clients therefore benefit from the confidence placed in Generalia Group's work process. By way of example, Generalia, because it has ISO 9001 certification, must constantly verify and improve customer satisfaction. Our clients feel safe knowing that any possible future complaints will be taken seriously and dealt with accordingly.
